Se você tem uma conexão de rede Wi-Fi no Iphone que não pede mais usuário, somente senha, e ainda não aparece a opção de esquecer ou apagar esta conexão, pode ser que esta conexão exigiu, na sua configuração inicial, um certificado que necessita ser apagado e reconfigurado. (Este é um possível caso que pode estar ocorrendo ao utilizar a rede Eduroam). Para isto, entre em: Ajustes  Geral Perfis escolha o perfil relacionado à rede a ser removido  e clique em Remover. Após, configure a rede normalmente, através do botão Wi-Fi, colocando usuário e senha e aceitando o novo certificado (se for o caso). To avoid the Pre-selection of an specific technician when creating a ticket in GLPI, enter in ->User settings (Click in your name close to the Logout Button) ->->Personalization ->->->set "NO" in Pre-select me as a technician when creating a ticket. To avoid the Pre-selection of a technician when creating a ticket in GLPI for ALL users, enter in ->Setup ->->General ->->->set "NO" in Pre-select me as a technician when creating a ticket. The users will need to logout and login again to take the new configuration.
