To avoid the Pre-selection of an specific technician when creating a ticket in GLPI, enter in

->User settings (Click in your name close to the Logout Button)

->->Personalization

->->->set "NO" in Pre-select me as a technician when creating a ticket.

To avoid the Pre-selection of a technician when creating a ticket in GLPI for ALL users, enter in

->Setup

->->General

->->->set "NO" in Pre-select me as a technician when creating a ticket.

The users will need to logout and login again to take the new configuration.
